As a serial entrepreneur, Keith founded DE3 with a mission to detect and eliminate pathogens and contaminates from the air,
on surfaces, and in bodies of water without residual effect on the environment and to utilize AI to optimize businesses. He leverages his leadership and entrepreneurial prowess to DE3 to
lead the company through its next phase of development and go-to-market strategies.
Keith has self-funded the company and technologies without incurring debt. He has researched, developed and filed over 24 patents with the USPTO and WIPO for artificial intelligence, machine learning, software programs and
biosurfactant applications. He is the first person to be granted a Rhamnolipid biofilm patent from the USPTO which is at the core of DE3’s technology.
He started his career on Wall Street after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Northeastern University, and capitalized on his financial
acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to found and successfully exit four companies before founding DE3.

While volunteering his time with NYC Medical
Reserve Corp during the initial phases of the pandemic, Dr. Patel was diagnosed with severe Covid and required almost two months to recover. He joined our team to
support its mission to outsmart pathogens by detecting early and eliminating them before a full-fledged pandemic.
Dr. Patel graduated from Cornell University studying Policy Analysis and Management with a concentration in Health Policy and completed his medical
school and training at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. Dr. Patel is a New York State licensed physician who focuses on the importance of health, fitness,
nutrition, and education. Dr. Patel brings a passion for startup firms and serves as an advisor for multiple companies. He serves as a CAAAN admissions member
for his alma mater Cornell University. As a physician he has focused his energy helping his patients and clients optimize their potential through a company he
founded, Prixcel Health Consulting.
Managing Director of AI and ML LLC
Tim brings his leadership and passion for the development of novel technologies to the team. He is heading up the technical growth within
and of the company, focusing on adapting the cutting edge to real-world applications. He is excited to solve the hard problems we are faced with today through the use of
innovative technology solutions.
He brings a background as a Mechanical Engineer (BS) and as an Aerospace Engineer (BS and MS) to bear, as well as significant experience developing Artificial
Intelligence solutions and leading AI Engineers / Data Scientists. He has worked in R&D, managing efforts and personally carrying them out, through to developing and
deploying custom solutions. From Aviation to Medicine to Tech to Retail, a wide variety of experience and lessons learned are utilized to bring the team and our capabilities
to the next level.
Managing Director of Biosurfactants LLC
Joe is an experienced healthcare executive with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry.
He is skilled in both non-profit and for-profit organizations, operational leadership, customer service, and strategic planning. Joe is a strong operations
professional with a Master's degree focused in Social Work from Missouri State University with nearly 25 years experience.
Director of IT of Pathogen and Contaminate Detection LLC
Steven brings an information technology background to the team, with over a decade of experience across military,
government, and the private sector. He specializes in building high-performance teams, prioritizing world-class customer service and customer experience,
while driving automation and cost saving initiatives to benefit the organization.
He has served in the US Army in an IT capacity, and has also held technical positions with Lockheed Martin, Borland-Groover Clinic, and the USDA.
Director of Operations of Pathogen and Contaminate Detection LLC
Daniel is an integral member of the founding team, providing product and software development strategy at the earliest stage of the company’s
inception. He serves in an administrative and product development capacity. He also leads the initiatives to drive the AI development efforts
and is focused on continuously developing and improving our product capabilities.
Daniel has a Computer Programming Specialist Certification and has a
background in computer programming and web development.
Director of Client Services of Pathogen and Contaminate Detection LLC
Boasting over a decade of client services experience, Alyssa is a military veteran that boasts experience in leadership,
technical assistance with various communications equipment, management skills, client relations, and administrative services. She brings this expertise to facilitate positive client relationships with its customers.
She holds several certifications, including a CompTIA Security+ CE Certification, is a Splunk Core Certified User, and an EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker.
Director of Debt and Equity Financing of Pathogen and Contaminate Detection LLC
After spending the first half of his career designing structural systems, Jesse found his true passion in building teams and
optimizing processes, recently supporting a multibillion-dollar national defense project. He is a structural engineer licensed in three states, California,
Massachusetts and Arizona, and specializes in strategically connecting people to grow personal and corporate success.
Jesse will drive both the capital raises required to scale the business, and the revenue generation from customers.
He brings experience as an Engineering Apprentice with the US Air Force, and most recently served as an Engineering Supervisor for FDH, a civil engineering
firm in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Dr. Priya Patel has dedicated her career to improve patient adherence, delivering quality care and increasing efficiency in the workplace.
She brings strong technical and clinical capabilities and a broad-based background in pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and pharmacy regulations to the team's
advisory board.
As a health care and legal professional, she understands the value of offering non-toxic alternatives to society. She advocates for environmentally
friendly products, particularly for children. She supports a mission of promoting public health, keeping the environment safe, and empowering women in the process.
Currently she serves in the Clinical Client Implementation Department for a fortune 15 company Cigna, onboarding Fortune 500 companies as well as state
governments into the Cigna health and wellness plan. She brings 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law. She is also the founder of the Law
Offices of Priya Patel PC.
